Yes, I’ll have camel milk please.
Months ago, I read a post on a blog that I read with much anticipation about camel milk. I’m not sure why I decided it was a good idea – I mean I read about things all the time. And quite frankly, I’m a bit overloaded with everything – between herbs, supplements, trying this and that – but something about the camel milk got my attention. It may have been the idea that the camel milk proteins are NOT AT ALL like cow and goat – which we don’t drink. It may have been discovering a mother whose son caught a parasite and then had IGE levels that were high and brought down by camel milk. It may have been all those things and the possibility that my son could eat ice cream. That was a lot of it. All the ice creams we’ve found – none of them can we eat. They are either made on lines with nuts, have nuts, or dairy, or soy, or some other food that we cannot yet eat. So no ice cream. And somehow the thought of making my own rice milk ice cream just didn’t do it for me.
I researched it more online and decided that I would give it a try. Through connections and such, I ordered 28 bottles to start.
